SoloWest.com is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of exotic skin, leather, PVC and vinyl merchandise and customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase of any our women's handbags, purses, clutches, shoes or men's shoes, you can return it within the following guidelines.

• Discount retail and wholesale items are refundable within 10 days of the date it was shipped.
• All articles must be returned as you received them.
• If your item was damaged or incorrect, include a note explaining the problem in the return package.
• Please remember that shipping and handling is non-refundable unless you received an incorrect item.
• Slight variations in appearance do not constitute as an incorrect order. We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our products on the website as close to reality as possible. Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show products differently in terms of color and detail.
• To return or exchange your item, please follow the instructions included in your package.
